Most recharges are processed instantly. However, in rare cases, it might take up to 15 minutes due to network conditions. If your recharge hasn't been processed within this time, please contact our support team.

Yes, you can schedule recharges up to 30 days in advance. Simply select the "Schedule Recharge" option during the recharge process and choose your preferred date and time.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods like UAE Direct Debit. All payments are processed securely.

No, we don't charge any additional service fees. You only pay for the recharge amount you select. In fact, we often provide exclusive discounts and cashback offers to our users.

You can view your complete recharge history in your account dashboard. Simply log in and click on "Transaction History" to see all your past recharges, including dates, amounts, and status.

Log in to your account, go to "Account Settings," and you can update your personal information, contact details, and payment methods. For security reasons, some changes may require verification.

Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. For security, the reset link expires after 24 hours.
